And that we have a passion for combining ingredients in ways that result in surprises like Watermelon Shrimp, Fried Oysters in Vichyssoise, Crab Mac and Cheese, and—yes—fish from the skillet such as our Iron Seared Barramundi, which sits atop a savory roasted corn and kiwi salsa.
